Shantini's focus on menstrual health involves integrative approaches to support women in understanding and managing their menstrual cycles. From PCOS, menstrual irregularities, pain, PMS to menopause, Shantini aims to promote menstrual well-being and overall health.

Stress Management

As someone who has struggled with Chronic Fatigue and burnout, Shantini approaches her care and treatment with lived experience and compassion. She encompasses an integrative and functional approach to stress management techniques and burnout prevention.

Her approach involves creating a nurturing and empowering environment  to identify the underlying causes of your health, harnessing on functional testing and integrative practices. She focuses on filling the 3 cups of health, physical, emotional, and spiritual as she guides and transforms her patients towards optimal health and vitality.
